Home Health Aide provides basic personal care for seniors and aging adults in New Jersey, (NJ). They will often be the team member who spends the most amount of time with the patient and their family since they are the ones providing in-home personal care services in the Senior's home and assisting them with the activities of daily living (ADLs).
Amorycare Home Health Aides are caretakers that provide care and help with light housekeeping chores as well as personal care services for seniors and aging adults. The home health aide is an important part of the Amorycare team and participates in meetings in which the patient’s health and care plan is discussed.
