Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Chha, Lpn, or Rn License in good standing

• Physical signed by a medical professional

• Rubella & Rubeola titers (-OR MMR vaccination

• Negative TB Test within the last 12 months or negative chest x-ray

• A valid COVID-19 vaccine card Or A documented religious exemption

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid CPR Certificate or willing to get one

• Negative drug screen and clear background check

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
